"We had a very enjoyable stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, thanks largely to its fantastic location, great food, and excellent staff, though there are a few areas that could be improved. "Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price."

"The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."
