"We stay every year for the Jazz Festival. Every year there has been issues… from unprepared staff, flooding, to room cleaning. This year was different. Super helpful staff every time we interacted. Room was clean. Beds not very comfortable but you win some you loose some."

"The hotel is closed to restaurants and shopping. It is also only about 10 to 15 minutes from Lake Compounce Water park. The room are a decent size but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. The doors were falling apart. Our room smelt like urine. Breakfast was not the greatest. The furniture is old. ..."

"I think the only positive, convenient aspect of our stay was parking. Room condition: They didn't have the room type that we booked, so we wound up without a microwave or fridge. The light in the bathroom didn't work, so we had to shower and use the restroom in the dark. There were bugs (mainly flies) ..."
