"Not nearly enough ice/pop/ coffee areas for free! Casino staff are friendly and helpful! Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why aren’t there are free upgrades anymore? We did enjoy the food at players lounge, but was so busy that staff couldn’t keep up with replenishment of even the carved meats, salads, place seemed very understaffed and things appeared unorganized! We really thought Christine at the players desk was helpful, kind and great at her job! She’s definitely a keeper !!"

"Expedia reservation doesn't have any Value as I reserved 2 rooms 2 months ago and upon Check IN Hotel Front Desk denied to give us Rooms and expedia customer service was answered by AI and was impossible to get hold of customer service ... Terrible Experience never booking with expedia again"

"The hotel and most of the staff was excellent. My only issue is that I booked the hotel through a third party (hotels.com) and was charged again when I checked in. After noticing this and bringing it to the attention of the front desk, it still hadn't been addressed when I went to check out. The next person I talked to said she'd fix it, but it took almost a week to get straightened out. It should not have taken that long."

"We’ve stayed at this location before so usually it’s a safe pick, however this time was disappointing. The room wasn’t as clean (hair on the floor, debris behind bathroom door) and there wasn’t even toilet paper or soap in the room to start off with. Then our hotel was overrun by a travel baseball team & their families drinking, yelling, causing havoc. We couldn’t even pull our car up to the door because the drunk dads were playing cornhole in front of the entrance. We have a disabled elderly person in our group who can’t walk far, so this was a major issue. The sidewalks and entrance in the back were also blocked by these same families tailgating. I get that this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but they didn’t do anything about it either. To add to this, they were letting their teenage boys play “ding-dong- ditch” late into the evening where the boys were running down the hallways, pounding on random doors and running away. I heard the poor woman sobbing next door because she couldn’t get any sleep. Again, it’s the parents fault, but we won’t be coming back here."

"This is a terrible place. I have no idea how it receives such a high rating. Walls are in need of repair, no shower gel and the girl didn't know how to replace it, beds are horrible - when you sit on the edge you have to be careful not to fall off, floors are dirty and there was no hot water. Not the worst place, but the worst in a long time."
