Great location. Great employees.

The front desk personnel are amazing! Since I was at a conference, I didn't have time to explore the amenities the hotel had to offer, but this will be where we stay for our next non-business visit to the Harrisburg area.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated. I didn’t like that the bathroom doesn't have a vent. They only have two towels in the room, not including the small ones. But other than that, the stay was great.

This was bad experience. Hotel is in pretty bad shape, repair and renovations all over. Indoor pool was very dirty, old rundown place, almost scary dark. None of these were described on website/hotel descriptions. Pictures probably are from when hotel was new. Felt pretty bad almost cheated. Only good part was staff at front desk was nice and helpful.

The property was in a great location for access to the theme park. I love the option of the indoor and outdoor pool easy access. Since it always rains when I go in June. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. However there should be more of a deep cleaning of the hotel. As there was very noticeable areas that needed better cleaning. Breakfast was $16.99 per person. I had six kids so that was not a great option for me. I would go back.

The entire stay was amazing! Fresh, Clean & Above Expectations! Staff was Friendly, Accommodating, Respectful & went out of their way to make us all feel special & Happy to be there! The Staff Were all very friendly & you could tell they were happy working there. Everyone Greeted us, chatted with us & asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better! The Rooms were outstanding, the restaurant was open late & the food was excellent, the pool was indoor/outdoor & the kids loved it! The fitness room was full of many different equipment pieces enough that it was not overcrowded. Every employee was friendly & truly caring about our comfort! I highly recommend this location for both business & pleasure. They also have large meeting rooms & ball rooms for weddings, conferences, reunions, etc. I was extremely impressed with the accommodations!

Front desk JD was rude and had an attitude! Restaurant food was good and the waitress was vey sweet! The pool area is nice and pool temp was great! The room looks very clean but when you take a closer look there are ants and they were crawling on my bag and the rug and floor outside of bathroom area! Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am to see if we left yet! Checkout is not til 11! I expressed these issues to manager and all I got was ok! Not I'm sorry, I'll look into it or comp or something!!!!

I stayed tonight just to get away from my family. I take care of my mother and father. And sometimes I just need a little break and I usually go to the Best Western premiere, which is amazing but I decided to try the sheraton but I was disappointed. The room I had was nice, but half old half new. The whole hotel was a little spooky. Sketchy, I'm sure when it's done being remodeled. It will be wonderful besides the. Condition of the hotel which is not good. Everybody was friendly. The dog and pony. Lindsey, who is the bartender 4 times a week, is a diamond in the rough and you better hold on to her and pay her whatever she needs. Because without her, that restaurant would not be anymore and I and then you customer and I have just met her and the value on her alone could set up the whole atmosphere of your hotel for the better. Thank you

the renovated rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was simple and good, even though they are under construction. The pool was very nice. The pool could have been a little cleaner but it still was nice. The entire pool area is a great set up and the ability to swim inside and outside was really cool.
