The staff is wonderful and make the hotel 10/10. Tried the spa also, great experience! Breakfast was great and room comfortable. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel which made the stay feel incredibly special! Would come back in a heartbeat - especially as the hotel is in the perfect location to experience Hanoi
