We rented a motorbike directly from the resort which was very convenient. The manager also recommended we take a Jeep Tour to the sand dunes. Our tour...

Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much to ask. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast time was not too busy and very relaxing. Beautiful outside pool surrounded by palm trees. We stayed in three different hotels during our two week trip to Vietnam, and this hotel was the best. The beach and sun loungers were absolutely amazing and never had an issue finding a space at the beach. It can get windy at the beach, so might not be suitable for...

We stayed at the Victoria Phan Thiet hotel for 4 days after travelling around Vietnam for 10 days before. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a great place to relax after a very busy 10 days. Before arriving at the hotel, we organised a transfer from Ho Chi Minh City Airport to the hotel, the driver showed up with pillows, cold towels, water, fruit and home made biscuits, which made the 4 hour journey a lot more comfortable. We also organised an excursion through the hotel whist we was...
