"Our train was delayed and we were transferred to a bus which was late in arriving but Bhadar , the gentleman who met us was very accommodating. He helped with bringing our luggage upstairs and gave us a welcoming bottle of wine. There are not many early morning breakfast options. Our room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom window is funky and requires going outside to close it for privacy. The ferry ride back to the train station is scenic but be prepared for a long trek up the hill to catch the train."

"I will start this review by saying I do not fault the guest assistant who came by with any of the issues that I had with the property. This property is amazing, the room is very spacious as is the bathroom and is beautiful, the view is worth staying here alone. The issue we had was upon check-in when we were trying to pay the city tax. We attempted to pay the city tax a few times when we checked in and then the person trying to collect the tax came back about four times and four hours, which was very disruptive to our relaxation. Also, when you first get there, make sure you turn the hot tub on because it was cold when we got there and that was one of the main reasons for us booking the stay. If it were not for those two issues, this would have been a five star review. And again, I don't believe that it is the fault of the guest assistant but rather a property management issue. But if you want a room with a view definitely stay here"

"Everything was amazing, unit, garden, amenities,checknin , check out , location. But the better and difficult to get i er was The service provided by the manager, Raja, was outstanding… it was a real pleasure; he is an attentive, responsible, and charming person. We are very happy with our stay."

"Everything about this hotel is perfect, the room, the location, the staff, the breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace. The location is superb and I would definitely recommend a lake view room, absolutely stunning. Real luxury and an experience I will never forget."
