"Shower was clogged, staff had to come with a plunger to get it to drain before I could use it. Bottom of the shower was dirty so then had to clean it myself before using it. After the shower, no hairdryer in the room. Phone didn’t work in the room so had to keep going down to the desk."

"Great location…close to all the sites and sounds of downtown Halifax. Rooms were good, lots of space, and clean. Parking was good and secure…but it comes at a cost, and is a little difficult to get out of back to the front of the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would return."
