"Cet hébergement compte quatre chambres à l'étage. La mienne était propre mais vieillotte (avec 2 lits simples + 1 lit plié contre le mur). Le confort est minimal, la salle de bain n'a aucun chauffage. L'établissement était fermé (non accessible pour les clients) entre 11h et 15h, et on est loin des lieux animés de Hakone. Le propriétaire donne volontiers des conseils. Globalement, je trouve que le prix est très élevé pour la prestation fournie."

"It is a hotel that is tucked away up a hill, but it’s very quiet and quaint. The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. "The onsen was very clean and very relaxing! Be aware it is open to the outdoors, so bugs can get inside! My girlfriend and I got scared by a grasshopper jumping on us in the shower!!"

"The entire place was horrible. It smelled of mildew. It had fixtures that were broken and ripped. It did not meet standards at all. Absolutely the worst place in the world to ever stay.
