"This resort is an interesting place. It has the views and the exterior of a 5 star resort, however the service, the general cleanliness & amenities are not 5 star. The restaurants on site are slow, with the orders often not arriving at all or being incorrect. The staff members did not speak very good English, which is not an issue in itself as we are in a different country; however the staff were generally dismissive and sometimes just plain rude. The room was clean enough, but the bathroom had visible signs of mold, as well as ants on the sink. Everything at the resort will cost you extra money such as the spas, karaoke, and the games room. Overall we had a good time here, but I don't think I would come back."
