The lady who helped me check in was WONDERFUL; she helped me schedule a few tours and helped me get a bike as well. My room was pristine, the pool is amazing, and there are various amenities (gym, sauna, massages, etc). It is on a hill, so I recommend renting a bike for the majority of your trip.
