"the units were rather tightly packed, with one unit over another and little spac between buildings. The birds can be annoying during dawn, if you are light sleeper. The dinning room was understaffed during lunch service. the soup was very salty. the "limo" ride from the airport were overpriced. the spa was good as expected of the brand. the neach and pools were nice"

"The Staff was awesome until the checkin. After that some of them were just o.k. there are lot of mosquitoes in the room as the shower have opening to the back. Breakfast was very low level, and breakfast staff are the worse. Not helpful not polite at all, feels unwelcome. Food was not fresh and not much options. Food at the pool was good, and pools and beach access are great! Don't spend on breakfast and bring two mosquitoes repellers. Also we had a giant spiderin the room that was a scary situation. Beside that it's beautiful "
