This property is pretty new here. The rooms are comfortable and big. There is a kitchen. However, I am not sure about the cleanliness of the pool. It is very small and I was worried about the hygiene as it doesnt look like its maintained regularly. I am not sure if Oct is a low season in HaLong Bay, there is close to no one around here. It is also a 3 to 5 min taxi ride to the main attractions. But taxi here is very accessable and cheap. Staffs are very nice.

What a great hotel. Huge rooms. Fantastic value for money and Chow our host couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. He even booked us a return transfer to Hanoi at a really good price and can arrange cruises as a superb price. I left a dress and he went to the trouble of getting it back to me. What a star

The hotel manager was super helpful. I recommend talking to the front desk about limo and private car services to and from nearby services. Also, I recommended checking with them for the boat tours and asking about more affordable options if you are not interested in the more expensive packages.

Great location very relaxing holiday

Everything was great. The rooms were very big and everything worked well, kids loved the tv with YouTube. Manager was great and very responsive on WhatsApp chat, for example I wanted to confirm the breakfast times at 8pm and received a response right away. The area was very quiet which was odd as it was close to everything including the cable car. We think it must have been the low season and everyone else might have just been out on cruises. Staff on site were very responsive and helpful, everything we needed was easy to communicate despite the language barrier. Perhaps people who want someone who speaks their native language to be on hand 24/7 should holiday close to home. I was able to easily inform the cleaning staff that we didn’t need our room made up just water, toilet paper and bin change. My husband got the wifi password from the front desk from the lovely non English speaking man who also helped us with our bags. He interacted with our kids in the lift without needing to speak, everyone was smiling and happy. We enjoyed the breakfast, they made the eggs fresh for us and offered Pho also made fresh. We found a place nearby that rents bikes for a few dollars so got a big family bike for 100baht for 1h20mins. Good pub nearby that serves large meals. Lunch cruise was great, we saw a lot and noticed that the boat and practices and procedures were much better and safer than other companies. Boat was in immaculate and very safe entry and exit unlike other companies.

강추..

새로오픈한 곳이라 부족한것은 있지만 가격대비 좋다. 아직 주변상가들이 활성화가 되지 않아서 불편했지만 앞으론 기대가 되는 곳이다. 사이공플라자 호텔 마주편 이라 알고있으면 편하다. 새로만든지역이라 첫날 찾는데 불편했다.
