"Beautiful scenic location with amazing view of the mountains. Great for a quiet and peaceful escape. The chalet was modern and super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My kids especially loved the jacuzzi and small playground. We would love to come back again."

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. The staff let us keep our car in the garage and gave us a tea when we arrived even thought it was after 12pm checkout. Congratulations to the whole team for delivering a great stay in spite of...

The hotel has a charming vintage-style design, with beautiful decorative pieces displayed throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and included a balcony, as well as two sleeping areas separated by a curtain.
The only downsides were the shower, where it was difficult to control the water temperature, and the breakfast, which was basic.
The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His service was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service was such a thoughtful and convenient touch.

This family-run hotel is perhaps a bit dated, but the service and the rooms are impeccable. All the staff are very warm and friendly.
Nice little extra: they gave us free season tickets for the Leukerbad Therme (which is just a few minutes down the road) for the duration of our stay, which allowed us to visit the spa as many times and as often as we wanted, at no extra cost.

Such a cute little property. We stayed for one night as a travelling group of three females. We stayed in a room made up for three and it was so cosy and well presented. Staff were really friendly and super happy to have us there. Would recommend particularly for the cable car to Oeschien which is literally across the road! Excellent, thankyou!

A slightly unusual setup, checking in at one hotel, but staying in another - We stayed in The Maison Blanche. The Portuguese lady on reception couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful and gave us a lovely welcome.
The room is quite dated, but has plenty of quirky character — including an old-fashioned radio built into the bedside cabinet. We had a few little niggles with the TV and fridge, but these were sorted out for us.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with a lovely view from our room....

Lovely hotel. We had a stunning room, large and looking onto the little square, 5 minutes from the Walliser Alpentherme baths. We loved the traditional decor of this 18th century hotel.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing: too many people queuing in front of one coffee machine taking forever to make an espresso, or for a fresh squeezed orange juice from a machine that kept on jamming.
Self Check-in and checkout was also on the negative side: nothing like feeling welcome on arrival. As the...

Top-notch hotel, absolutely blown away by the beautiful views, amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!
