"My stay at the Angel Hotel was lovely. My ONLY note is that the street is closed off everyday between 11am-6pm so getting dropped off right in front of the hotel with luggage is not possible. Also, there's no elevator, so if you have very heavy luggage like I did, you'll either need to lug it up a few flights of stairs or get help. My room was at the very back of the building and I had a glorious tub to soak in."

"Fantastic accomodation with nicely finished rooms. Food in the bar was excellent and staff were a credit to the business. Easy on site parking"

"The website for this hotel looked way nicer than the reality. The pillows and duvet smelled of stale sweat. The mattress was old, and the furniture of a low quality or damaged. The window frames were damaged, and the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. I had booked another stay here in coming weeks, but I have cancelled that based on this uncomfortable stay"

"When enjoyed our stay very much. The room had been updated and had comfortable beds and bedding. We had dinner at a nearby pub. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the beautiful dining room downstairs. . The area was quiet."
