Amazing hotel in Andares, Zapopan. It’s about 1.15 away from the airport. Easy check in, great WiFi, hot water and comfortable bed.

Beautiful apartment with modern fit and finish. Could have done with a thorough cleaning as we found hair on the floor and on the bed sheets. Overall a great spot as it is very central in the Andares neighborhood with great food and shopping options.

Great Stay in Andares!

This was a great place for an overnight stay. The bed was soft, which is not common for Mexico I'm finding, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Instead of tiny bottles of shampoo and soap, they had large refillable ones and the coffee was loose in a jar - very little garbage, a nice change! The only issue was that the coffee maker was missing something (not sure what) so you had to actually hold the pot up to get the coffee to go in it, that was a little annoying. But overall, it was great and I would recommend it.

People have hairs everywhere in the bathroom. Look like bed sheets haven't changed. We saw people's hairs on bed sheets as well. When we check - out, the cleaner is cleaning the next room. I have never seen their cart have a set of bed sheets. The room is very nice and good location. Please train your cleaning staffs.

No frills

No maid service. No guard on duty despite free access to the room floors. Very low frills but good price. No amenities like water or hair dryer or snacks. No lobby bar. No breakfast. Smoke filled lobby in the evenings when the restaurant next door starts up. Good price and good location

There is no sign no name on the building to know where the place is. It took our taxi an extra 30mins circling the area asking people around no one heard of this place. Taxi called the Olson and the reception person couldn’t tell the taxi where it was. Ridiculous.. It was like a speak easy place to stay I guess. So beware. Anyone can walk in and get in the elevator. You do self check in and check out. Before you check in you get a text to unlock your door. The place is clean smells great in the halls. You can’t ask for a taxi when you leave so you have to take your luggage and walk to some place to get a taxi not convenient at all. We ran into the owner and mentioned a sign out front or back or somewhere to find the place and he said he paid for one but hasn’t gotten it. Hmmm! I wouldn’t stay there again. Such a weird odd situation.

Tricky location to find, beside a very loud nightclub that played music until 4 am. My unit 711 the ac was not working. No bedside light. Had to keep curtains closed because office building is extremely close.

I never got to the room as the security wouldn't let me in. I showed them my reservation and they said that because I didn't have a code that was sent to me by the hotel, I couldn't enter the hotel and register. They shagged me away. I had to go to a Wyndham down the street. Olsen hotel system sucks.
