Room was exceptional! It was a busy weekend with the dance competition but the housekeeping and food staff were all amazing and so helpful! Front desk staff could use some work on helpfulness and attitudes.

From check in on was just bad. The crown plaza at home is a more premium hotel so that was what I was expecting. Leo was degrading and dismissive implying we were second class citizens because we booked with Expedia. Should not matter which platform we booked with, service should be the same regardless. ...
