The staff make you want to come back.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They were all extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Robin went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Room was clean, bed was comfy but a little squeaky. AC was very cold but couldn’t really adjust it so just had to turn it off every now and then. Breakfast I skipped - only a few pieces of bread and a couple mini muffins or cereal. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again for a quick overnight.

Ok for sleeping, but meh for everything else.

Bed was super comfy. Room was smaller than other Red Roof Inns. A/C Unit was smaller than average & it took a while to get cool. Microwave did not work. Expanded cable TV is false advertising it just had basic cable.

Need a makeover

The hotel is dated and all the rooms smell stale and smoke. They need to do a deep clean and deodorizing. The staff is very friendly and do as much as they can to keep you satisfied. It’s ok to stay if you know what to expect

Family visit

The heat was not the best, but eventually warmed up. Cigarette burn holes in comforter on bed, and room smells like smoke. Not sure if it was a smoking room or not. Weather strip on door was missing about a 8 inches piece allowed a good cold breeze come in the room. Seemed to be clean. Morning breakfast and coffee was good.

You get what you pay for. My friend and I got a room, having very reasonable expectations because we were on a budget. No microwave, and no fridge. Stains on one bed so we had to share the other bed. The pillows were extremely flat. No signs of bed bugs. Customer service was extremely nice when we spoke with them at check in and check out. Not the nicest location but honestly probably would stay again. Overall definitely not the nicest hotel I’ve been in but we knew what we were getting ourselves into and once again we got what we paid for.
