"We booked here when we saw they had air-conditioning and it didn’t seem to be working effectively so they sent maintenance up and the filter was absolutely loaded with debris and had not been changed in a very long time. Eventually, it was working better, but still not optimal. Queen bed was comfortable, but the pullout sleeper sofa was absolutely terrible and our daughters ended sleeping up on the floor. Literally had a foam pad that was only about an inch thick over the metal bars and I don’t see how anyone could sleep on that so don’t expect to have anyone sleep on the sofa bed or bring an air mattress if you’re traveling with children. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay but we would not recommend this for families and do not plan on returning."

"Property was located right on the beach excellent location to all local attractions. Went with my husband and daughter. Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. In fact they even let us leave our car in the car park even after we had checked out, so we got the extra parking for the rest of the day. Will definitely book again."

"We stayed in room 6, which was clean and well presented; However, the bed lights and the left plug socket (facing the TV) next to the bed, as well as the bathroom extractor fan, did not work. We had no fan for the first 3 of our 5 nights during the heat wave so the room was hot at night. We were told that one had been ordered to be delivered for our room in time for our stay but this fan had not been delivered to the location before we arrived. But we were given a fan shortly after informing staff about the lack of one a second time. Other than those minor points, the rest of the stay was great. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful."
