The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "This was a great stay! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. The only thing to note, which I also mentioned to the property team, but they may consider adding an instruction list to the welcome packet on how to operate some of the appliances in the unit. I’d like to think I’m pretty tech savvy but I accidentally set off the smoke detector by boiling water - turns out I there was an air vent that I had no idea existed, that should have been turned...

"A lovely boutique hotel nestled below Table Mountain. The staff and I mean all the staff are outstanding and made our stay a delight, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended , a peaceful haven away from the hubbub of the Waterfront, but only a short trip on the hotel shuttle car. "

"Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."

"Fantastic welcome and tour, the team couldn’t do enough for us. We only stayed for a couple of days on the way out of Cape Town and The Silo was perfect for that. A really different experience with great views an impeccable facilities. We had the very best nights sleep too, topped off by a wonderful breakfast. We’ll make a point of stopping by again on our next visit. "
