"Spent 377 a night and could cool my room because the heater was on,, told by staff and Mgr that it’s an old building so if it’s heated you can’t cool your room, never spent that kind of funds to not have any control of how comfortable your room is. Will NOT come back or reccomend"

"Excellent location, nice room, big bathroom and shower (I stayed at the suite with Tour Eiffel view). Nice rooftop and attentive staff. Only thing I would improve is the “king size” bed - which consists in 2 twin beds placed together, creating a gap between the beds and forcing you to sleep on one side or another. "

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. Late night noise Fri and Sat but this was from people on the street."

"The family room was 2 rooms next to each other and not enclosed together. One room had a double bed and the other had twin beds. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Rooms were clean but the worn out carpets in both rooms made them feel dinghy and dirty. Expedia VIP perks were also not as expected based on other places within Europe that we have stayed at with VIP perks."

" This hotel sits back from a side street located one block from Kléber Avenue. This made an extremely quiet stay! There was a small parking lot directly in front of the hotel doors. Check-in was easy. We were up graded by management to a larger room because we are Expedia gold members. We thought our room was spacious compared to other EU hotels we have stayed in. "We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was very central and easy to get to the subway station. The room was a bit small for two people with 2 luggages and 2 book bags however the front desk supplied us with luggage racks. Another thing that customers should know is that some of the rooms the bathrooms have tubs which are a bit steep and challenging to get into especially if you are older. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel ."
