"Amazing hotel right in the middle of the old town in Aix-en-Provence. It was only a few steps away from the bus stop and tourism office, which also made day trips easy. The room was comfy and clean, with unique features."

"Street is torn up and you need special instructions to be able to drive there which they did not give in advance causing us to drive around multiple times and ask elsewhere for assistance. We had a coffee from their machine in their lounge and then we're told we had to pay for it. The only thing really good about it were the beds and wonderful duvets."

"TV didn’t work in the first room so we were moved to a second room. DW didn’t work in second room so we washed dishes each day. Room had an inadequate supply of bathroom tissue for a stay of over one week without daily replenishment and front desk staff seemed unaware of where to find additional supplies. But most irritating of all was being billed for the full booking despite providing several days notice of our intention to check out one day early. Requests for a partial refund at checkout...
