"Anna is awesome. They did not have our reservation and had closed the hotel for the season. She immediately opened and made ready a cabin for us. She made us dinner, even though the bar/restaurant are under construction. We will definitely stay there again and look forward to seeing all the new updates."

"Overall, a substandard experience. Not very clean. The bedding was haphazardly made. I'm unsure that it had actually been changed before my arrival. Peculiar room layout: The bed appeared to be on the wrong side of the room based on wall lamps. The desk & chair had to be moved from the coast hanging area in order to be used. Everything was unplugged, the mini fridge had to be moved a substantial distance to be plugged in, and the microwave was not functional after being plugged in."
