"Everything was perfect with this hotel. Great location (right in front of the Cathedral), lovely rooms that were clean and a good size, fresh breakfast every morning and super helpful staff. Special shout out to Pilar - she was helpful, kind, thoughtful and just all around a great person. Would definitely stay again"

"The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. However, the grout and caulking in the washroom in our room is in desperate need of renewal. Staff at the breakfast buffet were very pleasant and friendly. Loads of food choices at the buffet and plenty of restaurants nearby, go off the main street to find an abundance of restaurants with fantastic tapas m."

"When we arrived, we were greeted by Olga on reception. A great representative for the HC Group. When I booked, I asked for a quiet room. Olga assured me that 505 was the quietest. She wasn’t wrong. Not a sound over three nights. Given the layout of the hotel, with the atrium, I would think that 505, 405 and 305 - in that order - would be the quietest. The sixth floor layout is different. The room itself was perfect. Excellent AC and WiFi. Spotlessly clean. Powerful shower. A fridge and a good sized safe. The hotel is a short walk from the train station. The nearby metro connects directly with the bus station. The hotel is maybe 15 minutes walk from the cathedral. We must have stayed in c.200 hotels at this stage. This one ranks as one of the best. We will definitely be back."

"Very well kept and quite beautiful place. Lots of sofas and chairs and places to relax, read a book, do you work on a laptop, etc. “B-Heaven” had some really nice dishes and cocktails, and a beautiful view. I used the small gym every day we were there, and you have to be pretty creative, because there are not a lot of useful machines."

"The hotel is next to the Alhambra. Check-in was slow due to busy season. The room was small and the sinks were out of the actual bathroom which has a separate bathtub and a small shower with toilet and a bidet. The shower could be cleaner. The TV has no Internet connection and if you need to change the room temperature, you would have to call the front desk. We came to Granada for one night just to see the Alhambra, so it was alright. Overall, the hotel is very convenient to go see the Alhambra!"
