"No respect for privacy. My room was banged open three times during first day of my stay without showing any courtesy of knocking the door first. "

"Firstly the front desk staff was awesome, they were very helpful, when guests were being rude the staff maintained professionalism and handled things tactfully. The hotel however was not worth it, the elevators were not working so everyone had to wait to cram into one elevator. Getting up and down was a nightmare. The room had no working air conditioning, it was very hot, we attempted to open the balcony door to get some air but it was bolted shut. The valet was terrible, they did not know how to drive a manual car which is understandable but I wish they would have told me. Instead they parked it, left our lights on and did not engage the parking break. Fortunately the parking lot was angled to a curb so it only rolled back into the curb and not another car. Overall will never go back, the only redeeming factor was the front desk staff and the security guard, they were awesome."

"The property was close to the train station so it was easy to get there. Also, the staff was really welcoming and kind to us, they even let us leave our luggage there when we checked out so we could keep enjoying our day."

"Pool is the best in Atlanta. The children had a blast for about 3 hours and when it was time to get out the staff was very polite and friendly about the reminders that it closed at 10:00pm. The staff at the bar was great!"
