"The beds were in poor shape, hard in several places, costing my guest and myself to lose a decent night's sleep. The bathtub was extremely small, hard to get into, and lacking any handrails to assure our safety while showering. The ad featured the use of computer resources; none were available. The room rented was at a premium cost, as I intended to treat my guest to a fancy stay in a quality hotel. Shame on you, Hyatt Regency Atlanta! "

"Way overpriced. $80 a night incidental fee, $55 a night valet parking. Property was not nice enough to justify the price and our room was not in great condition. The toilet was cracked, which I did not see until I cut my finger open when I tried to flush. "

"Great Location especially if going to a game or concert. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and bar on main level is what’s happening, had a dj and a Photo Booth equipped. Wish I got to the roof top bar (one of the reasons I booked) but there was a private event! Disappointed but that means I have to come back when in the area. "

"The hotel is beautiful and staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom was kind of gross. It’s almost like the bathroom wasn’t upgraded with the rest of the hotel. The ceiling was peeling and just dirty in appearance. Aside from that it was fantastic and convenient to anything downtown. Breakfast was also delicious!"

"There are no words to describe how disappointing this hotel is. I planned a vacation for my elderly aunt and her adult son. My cousin who has an intellectual disability and my aunt arrived to the hotel and they noticed it had very little amenities and no water in the room. They knew this hotel was economy class so they just accepted it. On the second night, their toilet malfunctioned and my aunt had to change rooms and in doing so forgot her portable charger. When she sent my cousin to ask the front desk if housekeeping found the charger, the staff talk down to my cousin with intellectual disabilities and would not give him a straight answer. My aunt who does not speak English, was forced to have her son speak for her which led him to be embarrassed by the hotel staff. Mocking him and laughing at him behind his back. Not only did they steal my aunts property but they made fun of her son for having a disability. I completely understand you get what you pay for but to rob a senior citizen and to mock and make fun of the special-needs community is crossing the line."
