"The Hotel, staff, room, location, and amenities are perfect could not asked or better. The airline lost a couple of pieces of our luggage and front staff, without even me asking called lost and found and explained our situation and help facilitate the finding and returning of our luggage, which by 10:00 pm the same day was found and returned.
