We had searched for a good hotel within an hour of Calais and were not disappointed: we were made most welcome having booked for one night en route to Nice. The environment is interesting, the hotel clean and the grounds tidy and well kept. Our room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was fine with separate bath and shower. The hosts were lovely. Fresh croissants, bread, jam brought to our apartment each morning. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful setting and a great area to explore! Thank you so much.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and served coffee. Our room was spotless as was the whole house. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the garden was an excellent way of relaxing after a long drive. Madam was the perfect hostess.

The room was immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we parked right outside the hotel entrance. All in all the perfect place to spend the night after the long drive from the South of France.

Resturant was closed and waiting staff at local resturant had no interest in helping with us English speaking customers

Excellent location in the town. Very good and useful space.

A wonderfully large room , enormous "emperor" sized bed. and all the extras we needed including fridge with champagne. Excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect. We plan to return in summer weather when we can enjoy the garden and see more of the area.

Lovely old house with character and charm. It was the perfect last night location too, an hour from the tunnel and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend.
