"I usually use Hilton hotels but noticed that this place was getting excellent reviews, so I booked for my one-night stay in Lincoln. Great start. Luke at the front desk gave a warm, genuine welcome without any 'corporate speak' that sometimes sounds like it's from a script. Room very clean with good amenities - has the feel of a company that knows how to please and takes trouble to maintain a high standard.
