"Very dissatisfied. Placed in a top floor room that was so mechanically noisy the first night we didn’t sleep at all. Also the toilet refilled itself every 15 minutes because of a leak somewhere. We were promptly moved the next day too a better room that was great the first night. The second night we were kept awake till past 3 am by a party next door that was loudly arguing and shouting. Complained to the desk who spoke to them, but it only helped for maybe an hour. Paper thin walls didn’t help. We had stayed at the hotel before, and returned, but never again!"

"The staff was amazing. I got in early in the morning. I was able to store my luggage while I explored the city before check in. My room was upgraded, so I could check in early (around 1pm). There is a cute little bar in the lobby, where they have a happy hour, offering one free glass of wine for guests. Jeff was also very helpful. He helped me get a resonably priced town car service to the airport."

"No ventilation in the bathroom, clogged sink and paint following apart from the ceiling.We found small toy next to the bed showing the quality of the floor cleaning. Lobby was renovated and ok ."

"If you want the hustle and bustle of Times Square this is the perfect location. Excellent views from higher floors and the room and hotel are very clean. The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in. If it’s your first time in New York City, this is a great location Midtown so you can take the subway."
