"The staff (bellhop) was incredibly rude to my husband on our way out in the morning. My husband went to get a luggage cart and the bellhop rudely snapped at my husband saying he couldn’t use it and that “this isn ’t a Motel 6”. Also I feel like I over paid for what we had in our room. The “down” comforters ..."

"The location is steps from the Golden 1 center , great for events or graduations. Also location is near downtown yet didn’t have time to explore. Rooms are clean yet dated. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sac."
