We had a great experience at sandcastles its our go to every year as we travel to goldcoast every year. We have never had a bad experience at this property the kids love the pool the location is close to alot of different restaurants and the beach.

Our overall experience was good, the reception staff were fantastic and gave helpful information. Cleaning was a little lacking and we would have found it useful to have a set of tongs in the kitchen a scrubbing brush for dishes and possibly a couple of face cloths which we ended up buying. We had a lovely stay though so just a few minor tweaks

After hours check-in was easy and staff were courteous. Our room unfortunately wasn’t very clean and maybe a better dishwasher detergent should be provided so kitchen pots, pans etc are cleaned properly. ( we went out and bought electric frypan, kettle and a decent detergent. Washing machine was full of mould, so that needed cleaning before using. I would suggest a certain standard of furniture to be maintained for the rooms that are

We had 2 apartments for ourselves and family, both apartments were very clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a long stay. Nice out look towards the beach. Also had a swimming pool and free underground car park.

We loved our 3 night stay in 3 bedroom apartment. There was lots of room and beautiful views from the two balconies. The pool was a decent size and the spa was hot. Walking distance to many food options and beach is just across the road. Great value too. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great time with my family in the 3 bedroom spa apartment was very spacious and comfortable for a 5 day getaway very close to the shops and dining areas great location.
