"The breakfast was hot garbage. The room was clean but it is old and has holes in the cushions and peeling fake leather. The hot tub and pool is clean. Front desk staff is amazing. Now the integrity of the cleaning staff that's another thing. When you accidentally leave something and staff says nope. Just don't even look at this place "

"I booked this room 8 months in advance and get there about 2 hours after the official check-in time for my arrival date. They said they overbooked the hotel (I had reserved 2 queen beds) and that they are out of my room selection. They offered 2 King rooms at no cost but I wasn’t putting my 14 year old in a room by herself and they weren’t connected. All hotels in the area were booked so we ended in a King room with a rollaway bed that was made for a toddler. If I booked 8 months in advance, then there is no reason my room should not have been available. Normally my daughter and I could share a King bed but she also got sick on the drive to Toledo so sharing a bed wasn’t an option. She’s 5’9” and hung off the roll away bed so she had to sleep in the King so I didn’t sleep much and the rollaway smelt musty. Outside of this the hotel was nice, location was good and staff and valet were great!"

"We got to the hotel a few minutes past check-in which was 3pm. I reserved two rooms and when we go to the rooms one of the rooms is not ready the other was being cleaned. I go back down they give me a new room. I go up and that new room is trashed and not cleaned. So we had to wait for the room to be cleaned which took about 45 minutes. Other than the very nice and accommodating receptionist the staff was rude. Then one of the bathroom LIGHTS was leaking water and the shower ceiling was caved in. We had to share a bathroom with the other room and that one was clogged completely. "

"Breakfast on the weekend is over at 8:50 am they refused to bring out more food to serve guess who were clearly looking for a hot breakfast and was told breakfast is over at 9:00 am, which is an hour earlier than most major hotels. By 9:00 am the staff was at the table preparing their food and eating the few items of food, coffee, and juice that was available. This is the first time I ever witnessed out right disrespect for paying guest; where staff refusing to bring out enough food up to the 9:00 am. I will look for better accommodations next time as there are several hotels in the arear."
