"The room was clean and staff helpful when had a problem as the tv did not work properly and kept turning itself off. No coffee/tea facilities in room . The time we were there there was only one working lift. Not helpful when your room was on 7th floor."

"Bathroom was shockingly dirty, covered in mould and one of the towels had a handprint on it. "king bed" was two singles badly pushed together with a double quilt. Aircon barely functional and smelled of electric so I opened the windows and sweated."
