"The hotel room was clean - but the side door leading into the property was broken so anyone could enter without a key. Also - I would not want to stay there in the dead of winter because the bedding was the thinnest sheet and quilt. I see that they updated the rooms which is good."

"Just the kind of place I would like to stay at in Reno. Quiet and off the beaten path but close to everything. Clean, quiet, great layout, staff extra friendly and helpful. Love the lovely rooftop patio and pool area. Great area for a brisk walk on the Riverwalk ."

"Overall hotel seemed dark, and did not feel clean. Back key card door was broken meaning anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime day or night - did not feel safe. The breakfast had very little variety and the coffee machine broke one day. The coffee machine is simply a machine that mixes hot water with instant coffee so if you don’t like instant coffee, you will not like this."
