Boutique Hotel ที่เดินเที่ยวGeorgetownได้สะดวก

สถานที่สวยงาม สไตล์คลาสสิคไชนีส ห้องมีขนาดกะทัดรัดแต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับอึดอัด สะอาด และภายในยังดูใหม่อยู่ กลางคืนไม่ค่อยมีเสียงรบกวนเนื่องจากไม่ใช่ย่านที่มี ผับ หรือ บาร์ มากเท่าไหร่ จึงไม่รบกวนการพักผ่อน ที่ตั้งสะดวกต่อการเดินเที่ยวเมืองจอร์จทาวน์ และใกล้ๆ มีร้านข้าวหน้าเป็ดอร่อยที่หัวมุมถนน

We loved staying here. The whole experience from Check in to check out was amazing. The old world charms was perfect. Very comfortable accommodation close to great spots to eat and drink. Would happily stay there again if we return to Georgetown.

This is definitely a heritage hotel, well kept , staff is wonderful and professional. We love our stay here . Everything you need is easily accessible. Ok breakfast but we had dinner at the restaurant. That was phenomenal Rendang is sooooo 👍

Two grateful travellers

Fantastic stay in George Town at the beautiful Jeng Keng Hotel . The staff , especially Ian were so helpful , polite , informative and fun! We used the pool every afternoon an oasis of calm after the business and heat of the city. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the rooms were spotless . We enjoyed the breakfasts immensely , im sorry I don’t have the main guy in the cafes name but he was so great at explaining the ingredients of the foods being gluten intolerant . Thanks so much - we adored it!

Excellent accueil et conseils. Situation idéale pour les transports et les restaurants. A améliorer : dans la chambre une seule prise de courant est compatible avec les prises européennes. Deux seraient mieux car les voyageurs ont plus qu'autrefois des appareils à recharger.

The Hotel decorations are so comfortable and nice, the staff are friendly, but In the nearby mosque, the regular prayers every day will affect your sleep.

Excellent service from the staff. Thank you for accomodating our late check-out due to heavy traffic. We really enjoy the breakfast as well. Like it that the pastries are bite-size, so one would not overeat or waste food. Could be better if they can have more vegan options. A nice and quaint hotel that worth very cents.

great heritage property and location. Very friendly and attentive staff adds to the overall positive experience. the nutmeg welcome drink is an excellent touch. if i have one minor suggestion - change your mattress in room 108. its way too hard.

The property was quite beautiful and had a lovely veranda where you could sit and read or have a cup of hot tea. The staff was super attentive, and really went out of their way to be kind and considerate. I enjoyed the different conversations that I had with them and felt they were really friendly and helpful. The air conditioning and fan we’re just right, not too cold, as is often the case. The location was truly excellent for walking to all kinds of places in the georgetown area, and the map that was provided by the hotel was very useful. I give it an A .

Great historic hotel meticulously preserved and renovated. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Nice area rug under the beds. Swimming pool was a welcome retreat for a long day out in Penang. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Room included breakfast in the Yeng Keng cafe. Only recommendation to have say a 3 day rotation for some variety during the stay. You can also eat outside of breakfast in the restaurant. Hotel close to Love Lane for western bars and restaurants and to the food street market that had great food. This was our favourite hotel so far in Malaysia. Thank you!!!

Great Historical Hotel

We were met like old friends by the staff... a wonderful historical building in heart of Penang historical district. I had a two room suite which was lovely! The buffet breakfast was fine...western and Malaysian Food. It also serves as a great restaurant the rest of day. We were given an extra two hours for check out... I look forward to returning...

We Love It!

A gem of class and culture, Yeng Keng has everything you want. The rooms are not large, but they are perfectly appointed. The pool is a delight after touring about on a hot Penang day. But the service is what elevates Yeng Keng above others. Raj and Nanda can solve every problem! We can't wait to go again.

古色古香，服務很好。

公共空間十分多，設計也很好，設計用心，見出喬治城的歷史感覺。房間的確比較細小，但位處市中心，遊客區就在門前，十分方便。職員服務態度十分好。要改善的，大概就只有自助早餐。建議可以改為點餐。因為似乎不太多房客用餐，經常剩下不少食物。據酒店的經理說，房間都是原建築物的大小，沒有增加或改建。浴室就是後加的。以設計裝修來說，稍為平凡，跟酒店的格調不太配合。

Excellent customer service and Well-decorated

Excellent customer service. Room was nice, well decorated and clean. Location is also excellent, as it is nearby Chinatown. The only nitpick is the price is on the high side, but everything else is great.
