The place is run down and the staff no longer cares because they’re shutting everything down the same day we checked out. So, I kinda understand that. But customer service should still be top notch irregardless of whether or not your doors are closing.

if we had known it was closing, we would not have stayed. tons of machines had been turned off but the worst was they did not clean our room except for one time ' we had to ask for towels and they never took the old one or emptied the trash nothing!! We spent 4 nights. The staff literally did not care.
