"Breakfast was a bit of free for all. No-one greeted you and sat you to a table - surprising that no-one checked our room number after day1. This meant people hovering for a seat as you normally see in a busy MacDonalds. The breakfast in terms of continental was ok. The hot breakfast was unfortunately lacking - it was luke warm and some too hard and inedible. But the hotel in its decor and facilities otherwise was very good. Also surprised that activities in Krakow were not promoted with...

"Great place situated right on main square , centrally positioned for getting out and about , to explore what krakow offers . Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice hot and cold , with the bonus of a shot of vodka if wanted . Abundance of restaurants on or off the square , for lunch or dinner . All staff very helpful on every level ,from the cleaners right up to the management . "

"Very nice stay and staff. One of our tours was moved up from an 8 am departure to a 6 am departure, an hour before the breakfast buffet would open. The hotel was nice enough to pack two huge breakfast bags for us and have them at the front desk by 6. The hotel is located midway between Old Town and the Old Jewish Quarter, making it convenient for travelers who want to spend time in both."
