"The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special. Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants were fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay. "We really had a great time at Dana's Place. Erek, the owner did a fantastic job of making our stay very comfortable. From suggesting places, to visit to arranging cars for transportation for the day, he was very proactive and helpful. The place is also very private and exclusive with a private pool, two bedrooms with spa like bathrooms. It had a fully equipped kitchen also. "This was a lovely Hotel staff lovely and friendly the pool lovely we had breakfast a part of the deal limited. The room where great private little garden. Love the bathroom. The only downside to this if you have any walking aid this would not been the hotel for you. There are many step to walk down or up. I walk with a stick and found it hard. There is transport from the hotel to the they coffee stop where you can get a taxi from. We had trouble with our phone and could use them. But if you are...

"Uma Galih Ubud Villa is wonderful. The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool. Owner/Manager Mr WIsnu and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reasonably priced breakfasts (ordered a day in advance), both western or Balinese, were delicious. I especially appreciated the availability of ride services throughout the island...
