"It was pretty basic. The lobby was beautiful but everything else was lack luster. Staff was kind. Food was just OK"

"The staff was delightful and the property was well maintained. Where I had an issue was I called a few days prior to my arrival to inform that I have severe chemical sensitivities. I requested no air freshener and to air out my room if strong cleaning chemicals were used. I asked the lady to make a note in my customer profile and to select a room that was not recently cleaned to avoid issue. When I entered my room, it was a full on wave of Fabuloso.i had to blast the fan and leave my room with the door propped open for a few hours so I could even be in there I couldn't sleep due to a horrible headache. Everything else about the stay was just right, but I would strongly encourage a more environmentally friendly choice of cleaning products or at the very least, be honest when people clearly state their concern and answer a direct question about it."

"This was an amazing property! Kudos to Mr Kessler for having the vision to put this spectacular hotel together. I would look to stay at another Kessler designed property the next time I’m traveling for pleasure or business!!"
