I was on a cycling trip that ended in Galle. This property was perfect for a quick rest before heading to Colombo International Airport. The property was clean, I had a comfortable room with shower and there was a pool plus it was walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants.

Staying here was good for a short stay in Galle. While a little far from the Fort, it was about a 12 minute tuk ride. I think this is more of a home stay than a hotel, but the service was excellent! I originally booked the bottom floor, but thought I have booked the top. The staff, Capa, allowed me to choose from all the rooms since I was the only visitor during my stay- so nice! He also helped talk to my tuk drivers when they couldn't find the pick up location to go into town, and let me check out late in time to catch my train. Great service! The room did the job, it had what was needed for a short stay and had no frills. Would recommend a stay here.

The best place to stay

The best place to stay. This is boutique accommodation on a quiet street, a short drive to the main attractions. I loved being surrounded by nature in the pool, seeing beautiful birds and monkeys in the trees, bats and fireflies at night. Staying here was the highlight of our time in Galle. The rooms are large, very clean, with comfortable beds. Our host made us the most superb breakfast each morning. They were helpful with information about things to do and transportation, they also offered personal tours and tuk-tuk rides at good rates. If you like a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day, with really helpful hosts, this is the place for you.
