The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, the kitchen was useful, and we really enjoyed the window side sitting area to see sunset. "Location was excellent for us. two beer gardens with food/music 5 min walk. also to train or bus 5 min walk. We had a great time in Berlin. Only bad thing i can say about comfort our room a/c does not work we were not notified & they know this because there was a small electric fan in room! If you open windows there are no screens to block out anything that flies😮 bed was comfy enough but the pillows yuck they need to upgrade. Overall we would definitely return."
"Nice hotel. I appreciated an upgrade. The only opportunity for improvement would be their front desk-bar staffing. When you rely on only one staff member to cover the bar and front desk you force guests to wait. Excellent customer service does not include standing and waiting. "
"The bus stop is just right in front of the hotel - and underground is a stone throw away, can't get more convenient if you use public transport. Hotel is nice and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Overall EXCELLENT!"
