"This hotel is nicely located in the center of Lugano. Breakfast was wonderful! Our room was spotless, and it seemed quite new. The desk gave us an unexpected credit at their Mixology bar, which was a really helpful bonus. Would certainly recommend staying here!"

We arrived from Milan a lot earlier than the check in window, and they offered to hold our bags, gave us an tour of all of the amenities the hotel had to offer, and give us a complimentary car to drive ourselves to the city center while we waited for our room. After driving back from the city center and turning the car back in, we were showed our room and left with chocolates and wine while...

"Das Hotel verfügt über sehr tolle, grosszügige Zimmer. Wir hatten ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit der Familie.
Der innen und aussen Pool war toll für die Kinder. Aber auch für die Erwachsenen.
Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht. Die Haferflocken haben gefehlt am Buffet aber auf Anfrage habe ich sie dann bekommen.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en voornaam. Het ontbijt is uitstekend verzorgd en wordt opgediend in de grote mooie statige ontbijtruimte van weleer. "Hotel reception provides wrong information regarding the access to hotel , we travel by tourist bus and bus cannot access area as there is 3.5 metre bridge before we enter the hotel area and we need to use shuttle service from hotel approx 200-300
Metre away 2-3 times to transfer luggage and guests and also reception said they spent 2 hours with us as we have to pay 150 chf non receipt from local police and 150 chf from hotel for such a time spending with our group

"We loved this hotel ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food, the pool was relaxing (although there was a lot of construction noise next door) along with the evening music. I would def recommend this hotel. But I have an issue with Expedia and cannot get through to a live person to discuss !!"
