"サイトとの連携がうまく取れていなかったものの、スタッフの方が早急に対応してくださり、快適に滞在する事が出来ました。シャワーブースに広さはありませんが、シャンプー等にこだわりが感じられました。 古民家感のある室内で、天井も高く、畳のためとても過ごしやすかったです。 朝食は洋食をお願いしましたが、こちらもカフェらしい一工夫があり、美味しくいただきました。 普段はホテルを良く利用しますが、こういった趣の滞在も、精神的にゆっくりでき良いものだなと感じました。 次回も堺に訪れる際には滞在したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。"

"The room was clean and large. The food was excellent and the monks were friendly and helpful. The grounds and facility was beautiful. We were blessed with a fresh snowfall to make it even more beautiful. Keep in mind if you go in the winter, even though your room is toasty warm, the halls are not. So any walking to dinner, a ceremony, THE BATHROOM, is all in freezing temperatures and I never got hot water from the tap to wash my hands with. "

"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan.
