"I received spectacular service from every team member I encountered — the front desk, housekeeping, the bartender, and the restaurant server. The balcony with direct access to the pool and the patio lounging area was absolutely the best. Every part of the hotel was in pristine condition."

"My husband and I got a king room at the corner. Staff here respected our privacy. Extra towels and toiletries were always available upon request. The cleanliness was pretty good compared to other hotels around this price range. Places to eat were walking distance. Walls were a bit thin since we can hear the next door people coughing (hope they feel better), but overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Bug Problem. Do not come here if you want a room that doesn’t have roaches in it. Saw a few small bugs in the bathroom, decided it might be no big deal. Then I saw the roach, it was my first time seeing one in a hotel room, and I’m making sure it’s the last one too. Took a video of it, showed it to the front desk, and their first response was to offer us another room, followed by an apology and a refund. I wish I could have rated the staff higher but they gave no indication that they were going...

"Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. "

"AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. "

"This place was awful the staff were disgustingly rude worst place that I actually have ever rented at. From barging into my room at 7:00 in the morning yelling get out because I had a balance of $7 from the previous day to me walking by the front desk and one of the employees mocking me asking if I'd called motel 6 is corporate yet to complain on him and what name I used because he wouldn't give me his name. I don't know who from motel 6 corporate bought this place and turned it into studio 6...

"We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge.
Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed.

"Great visit - clean and comfortable and spacious room plus a balcony and fully equipped kitchen PLUS free breakfast, 24/7 Pete’s Coffee access, even a security gate remote opener for free parking access. Oh yes - right off the 5 and super convenient location to all attractions and beaches and PLUS … did I mention the awesome staff?
