"Once we checked in we went to our room and it was filled those lovebugs! I know this is season for them. But I feel they should try and clean all rooms even if they are occupied or not. They were all over the room! On the window, walls, bathroom and bed!!! It was definitely not a good impression of the hotel upkeep."

"I had high expectations for this place due to its reputation but I won’t be back. There are much better beach hotels imo. Most of the facility was dirty and not well maintained. There were wedding parties running up and down the halls until 4:30am both nights and nobody seemed to say or do anything about it to make sure other guests were not disturbed. The pool bar is dirty. The pools were dirty. Disappointed to say the least."
