"Great"

"The room was not clean and housekeeping service was poor. We still saw garbage between the beds, and the cups were not replaced. The screws on our door lock even came off, which was concerning. The parking spaces are also extremely tight — it feels like sardines. It was very difficult to get in and out of the car, especially for a pregnant woman when opening the door."

"Overall, I very decent place to stay. Two things stuck out for me: first, the pillows were, without a doubt, the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Second, they really should up their game with bathroom toiletries. The shampoo and bar soap were terrible."

"Room was a little dated but was great. Had a living room and bedroom. Would definitely stay there again. Coffee and breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Be careful with the breakfast. The " juices" are concentrated sugar water with dye. The water they skimp on in the fake juice goes into very soggy scrambled eggs. The waffle maker is cast iron and even with dumping ton of oil on it, the waffles stuck so badly they came off in pieces. The night receptionist and the breakfast staff guy were good. The morning receptionist guy couldn't care less"

"Just an overnight stay. The hotel was super busy with some tournament. We booked 2 rooms, we got them in 2 different towers."

"Hotel and staff were great but the noise level in the hallways at all hours of the night by rude guests were unbearable. Front desk did their best to quiet down the noises but we had no sleep for our stay."

"This is a wonderful hotel, close to the airport, with on point shuttle service. We ate at the restaurant, but missed breakfast due to an early flight. The restaurant was great, with ample portions, a full bar, and good prices. The indoor pool and exercise room were super clean! I deducted one star for the noise factor, between the chairs sliding across the tile floor on the room above us to the boisterous people walking down the hall, it's just not the best built hotel (for sound quality) that...

"It was the perfect spot to stay over when travelling internationally..we would highly recommend…they even give a nice little snack bag upon arrival."
