Has everything we need for our family holiday. All electric appliances are in good work order and condition.
However there's no room service during the stay this is particularly an issue travelling with small kids using diapers.....

place was clean and very nice. But we didn't get any check in information from them. We couldn't get inside until worker show up.

As our hotel is completely unmanned.
When you arrive at the hotel, please follow the message sent to you in advance for self check-in. Once you have checked in, you will be able to see your room information.
We look forward to having the opportunity to welcome you again.
The room facilities are great, new and well maintained.
Love the bath tub and electronic door system.
The only draw back is the location which is a little far from Hakata station and the convenience of hailing a cab and eateries.
