The hotel was a bit dated and the room and carpet had cigarette smell. But the location was great. Hakata station was in front of the hotel as well as the taxi and bus terminals. There's also a tax free shop beside the hotel selling souvenirs and stuff at a lower price than donki. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful which made up for what the hotel lacks. Will definitely stay here again.

It is conveniently located in front of Hakata Railway Station. The room was small but it is good because this is what I got for what I paid for. Check in was done with a self-check-in machine but this machine was ill-designed and couldn't complete without help of the staff. Entering my name and address with a touch pen was a challenge. The room was clean but the facilities were old. So A/C fan and bathroom fan were noisy. WiFi was occasionally disconnected. Free coffee and free amenities in the lobby were great. Overall, my experience in this hotel was just a par but without troubles. Considering the low price, the hotel is a bargain.
