The customer service is very well. They are quick in responses and very friendly. Although shuttle bus need to book in advance, the hotel is managed to arrange every booking. The shuttle bus is on time and driver is very nice.

Overall good. They charged us twice for using the play room, we paid before playing ping pong and at the end they charged us again. Would recommend tho.

The room itself was nice. Very quaint. But the sink leaked, nobs on the shower doors fell off and ants were readily present. The property looked tired and rundown. I could tell at one time it was a modern type resort, however, time has not been kind to the facilities. Grass was overgrown, bushes were untrimmed, sidewalks were covered with moss and weeds. The staff was nice, but due to the remoteness of the property we had to rent a taxi to go pick up a pizza we tried to get delivered. I am not adverse to staying here again, but I would explore other options first.

建物や設備が綺麗にメンテナンスされておらず、残念だった ペット(犬)を連れた宿泊客が朝食を摂るスペースにビュッフェが設けられていたが生理的に許容できないオペレーションだった 犬を撫でまわしたり、犬の口元に触ったりする客が、平気で同じトングを使ってサラダ等を取っていた ロビーの5月人形や雛人形は一年中飾ってあるのか、色褪せて見窄らしい印象であり、外国人観光客を意識したものだとしても日本文化を安っぽく理解されたのでは逆効果なので、意味がない 衛生面は別にして朝食のお味だけは美味しかった

非常不錯，物有所值！

小屋一層式，2房2廁1大廳，4張單人人床非常適合一家人住 但距離主建築要步行6分鐘，去餐廳及辦理入住退房有點麻煩。另外如果冬天去，2個廁所都無暖氣，小心冷親！

ビレッジを利用しました。 スタッフはフロントだけでなく、レストラン、メンテナンス、売店、皆さんが笑顔で対応してくれました。リゾートでは、スタッフの笑顔はとても大切です。 食事は夕、朝ともバイキングで頂きましたが、美味しかったです。朝だけのプランより２食付きの方が安価だったので、ちょっと得した気分です。朝はレストランが混む、との書き込みがありましたが、フロントスタッフから「団体が入っているので、急ぎでないなら７時は避けた方が良いです」とのアドバイスがありました。７時半過ぎに伺ったら、富士山が見える窓際の席でゆっくり食事が出来ました。 部屋は広く、貧乏性の私たちには、「もったいない」という気持ちが先に立ちました。それくらい広いです。キッチンがあり、鍋、食器、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、IHヒーターが備わっているので、今度は素泊まりプランを使い、食料持参で来ようかと思っています。

コテージタイプの部屋を利用。とても贅沢な時間を過ごし満足。ただ、食事が混雑していて、通されるまでにずいぶん待たされたのが難点。団体の利用も多いみたいでした。

年末に家族3人で宿泊しました。 部屋は、リビングと2 Bedroom、2 Bathroom、離れにキッチン。 マスターベッドルームにはジャグジーとシャワーがついていて、 申し分ないお部屋でした。 お夕飯がついてないプランで予約したので、お鍋をしようと思い、コンロと土鍋を持ち込み、食材はヴィレッジから10分程のところにあるスーパーで買い出し。 子供が居るのでアクティビティーが欲しかった。(テニス1Hと、プールの上にボールの中に入って転がる遊び)をした。 ただ、冬季もプール営業をして欲しい！ 室内なのに、ジャグジーもあったのに、ほんとに残念。。 近隣に併設されてる、スパに予約。 4枠に時間が区切られていた。 子供同伴の時間も決まっていた。16:30〜20:00だったかな？ 私は、16:30にすぐ入れた。 ハッキリ言って狭い！！ それと、食事の予約が迫ってるのに、混んでて入れないひとが凄いいっぱい居た。怒りながら！ お風呂のキャパがわかってるんだから、ホテル側は分散させた方が良いと思った。ディナー予約の連携とか。。 ドンドン人が入って来たので、露天風呂も早々に切り上げ、ヴィレッジに帰り、 お部屋のジャグジーにゆっくり入りましたー。 お部屋は最高だったので、今度は母と春先に泊まりに行きたいと思ってますー。
